Exchanges and Returns

 

Terms for exchange and return of items

You can exchange or return a product purchased on the website, within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. 

if it is a sale item/special discount/coupon code etc...

The product can be exchanged within 7 days only from the date of delivery.

 

You can return or exchange unused products with the label and purchase invoice attached.

 

A return that meets all the return conditions will allow you to receive a full refund or a credit for another purchase on the website

 

A refund will be made using the card paid on the website within 14 days of receiving the item back to us.

Cancellation of transaction:

"Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (cancellation of a transaction), 2010-5771 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5711-1981"

Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, you have two options:

1️⃣ Self-Shipment: You may return the item at your own expense. Once the package arrives at our facility and is inspected, you will receive a refund for the item.

2️⃣ DHL Return Shipment: We can arrange a return shipment via DHL. In this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received and approved.
