Shipping and Return Policy

All of our clothing is made in Israel and shipped under the free trade agreement between the USA and Israel. Therefore, in most cases, customs duties will not apply.

Shipping Policy:
We ship internationally with DHL.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 4 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping will be done via DHL Express to the address provided at checkout.
An order in the amount of up to $99 will be charged for the full amount of shipping.
Orders over $100 will receive free shipping.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Return and Exchange Policy – Convenient and Flexible Service
We offer two easy return options to ensure a worry-free shopping experience:

Return via Our Shipping Service (DHL Express)
We can arrange for a courier to pick up your return through DHL Express.
After requesting the return, you will receive a payment request for the shipping cost before the pickup is scheduled.

Self-Shipped Return
You can return the item independently through a shipping company of your choice.
