It is clarified that Oz Manufacturing and Marketing reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate the website's activity at any time and without prior notice.
Oz Manufacturing and Marketing reserves the right to prevent access to the website and/or the possibility of making purchases on the website and/or to cancel the participation of a user whose behavior is improper or not in accordance with the terms of use, or who attempts to undermine the proper management of the site. This agreement may be amended and/or updated at any time by Oz Manufacturing and Marketing and/or by those acting on its behalf, at their sole discretion. The provisions of this agreement apply equally to both genders, and the use of masculine language is for convenience only. Chapter titles are provided for convenience and user orientation and shall not be used for the purpose of interpreting the agreement.
Services Offered on the Site
The oz capsule collection website offers a variety of content and/or services and/or actions, including the detailed services below:
- Browsing and viewing various contents. Purchasing products and/or services. Sharing and sending products from the website to friends and acquaintances via email and/or sharing through social networks. Providing feedback and/or comments on products and/or content published on the website and/or on the brand's Facebook page. It is clarified that Oz Manufacturing and Marketing reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to decide whether to publish or prevent the publication of feedback. Tagging a product or item chosen by the user through social networks. Registration for newsletters (receiving informational, marketing, and advertising materials through various media chosen by the user).
It is clarified that Oz Manufacturing and Marketing does not undertake that all of these contents and/or services will be provided continuously and regularly on the website, and Oz Manufacturing and Marketing reserves the right to change (including expanding or narrowing) the list of contents and/or services provided on the website, at its sole discretion, without giving any notice thereof. It is further clarified that Oz Manufacturing and Marketing reserves the right to reject and/or not to upload to the website and/or to the company's Facebook page any comment and/or feedback and/or image and/or content ("the Content") that, at its sole and absolute discretion, may harm the reputation of Oz Manufacturing and Marketing and/or the feelings of the public and/or is of a vulgar or offensive nature or may infringe any intellectual property rights and/or violate any law or for any other reason. Each user of the services offered on the website hereby declares and confirms that he grants Oz Manufacturing and Marketing the full and exclusive right to use the content and confirms and undertakes that Oz Manufacturing and Marketing shall be entitled to use his name and/or image as part of any advertisement and/or display of content on the website and/or on the Facebook page, without any payment whatsoever. This right of Oz Manufacturing and Marketing shall be preserved indefinitely. Additionally, the user acknowledges that from the moment of publication of the feedback and/or comments, sharing, tagging, and uploading of content of any kind to the website and/or to the Facebook page, these actions shall be exposed to the public, and the user confirms that he takes this into account in his decision to use these services. The user confirms that Oz Manufacturing and Marketing has a reputation in its field of activity and that he must refrain from causing any harm to the reputation of Oz Manufacturing and Marketing, and in particular, he must refrain from any activity on the website that may harm the good name of Oz Manufacturing and Marketing in the eyes of the public. In this context, the participant undertakes not to act in any way to harm the reputation of the company as stated above.
Purchasing on the Website
The website allows, among other things, the selection and purchase of products from those listed on the site, in an easy, convenient, and fast manner. To place an order, one must first select the desired product or service, color, and size. For each product or service offered on the website, a "Product Page" will be displayed, showing the details of the product or service offered and the selling price (hereinafter "Product Page"). Oz Manufacturing and Marketing reserves the right to update the product page from time to time, to add or remove products, remove products that are out of stock, add colors and/or sizes, and also to update and/or change the product price from time to time. It is clarified that the images on the website are for illustration purposes only, and differences may exist between the images, including the colors shown in the images, and the actual products. These changes result, among other things, from the fact that the products are photographed and displayed on a computer screen. The prices displayed on the website include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise explicitly. In order to make a purchase on the website, the user will be asked to choose a password and also to enter details such as name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number. In order for the order to be processed quickly and smoothly, it is important to provide the correct details; otherwise, Oz Manufacturing and Marketing cannot guarantee order fulfillment (hereinafter "Order Fulfillment").
Providing false information knowingly may constitute a criminal offense. Legal and criminal actions may be taken against those providing false information, including claims for damages due to disruptions caused to Oz Manufacturing and Marketing's website operation. Also, the information provided by the user on the website may be used, among other things, to send email regarding special promotions or updates on the website, but only after the user's consent is obtained. During the order process, Oz Manufacturing and Marketing will conduct a check of the credit card details, and upon receipt of the order confirmation by the credit card companies, a corresponding message will be sent to the user confirming that the order has been approved. It is clarified that the charge for the product or service purchased will be made immediately upon completion of the order. The product(s) and/or service(s) purchased through the website (i.e., an order placed by the user that has been approved) will be referred to as the "Products".
Terms for Completing the Purchase Transaction:
The purchase transaction will be completed only after the order process is finalized and after Oz Manufacturing and Marketing receives approval from the credit card company for the charge, in accordance with the existing procedures between them. In the event that the transaction is not approved by the credit card companies, the customer will receive an appropriate notification. Completion of the purchase transaction is also subject to the availability of the desired products at the time of completing the order process. In the event of a product being out of stock and/or an issue with its delivery, for any reason, Oz Manufacturing and Marketing reserves the right to inform the user of the cancellation of the order. Such notification will be provided to the user via email and/or phone message, as chosen by the company. In such a case, the user will not have any claim against Oz Manufacturing and Marketing regarding the execution of the order, and by placing the order, the user waives any such claims. Oz Manufacturing and Marketing reserves the right to limit the quantity of products in each order.
The order will be recorded in the computers of Oz Manufacturing and Marketing, and it will be possible to view and track it in the "My Account" section on the website. Additionally, a confirmation will be sent via email within 72 hours of completing the purchase transaction by the user on the website.
It is emphasized that sending an email notification regarding the registration of the order in the system of Oz Manufacturing and Marketing does not constitute evidence of completing the transaction, and the sending of the email notification does not obligate Oz Manufacturing and Marketing. It is clarified that the computer system records of Oz Manufacturing and Marketing, which include automated registration of all actions on the website, serve as prima facie evidence thereof.
Product Delivery:
The user is entitled to choose the delivery method for the ordered products, either directly to their home or to another destination, through a courier or by self-collection.
